Delete your account

Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

In the app (fastest)

• Open spike and go to the Account tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in association
• Your profile, goals, and settings
• All food logs, meal photos, and meal-response summaries
• Weight entries and progress photos

What isn't affected

• Apple Health data: glucose readings and anything else in Apple Health belong to you and stay on your device under your control.
• Your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > spike.
